Google created an online collection of works by Frida Kahlo from more than 800 exhibits from all museums around the world

On the site of Google Arts & Culture appeared online collection of materials related to the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. About 30 museums, galleries and archives from around the world have exhibited for the project: among them are the National Museum of the Arts of Mexico, the Art Museum of Philadelphia and the Spanish Cultural Foundation MAPFRE.


The whole collection includes more than 800 exhibits, including Frida Kahlo's little-known paintings, her photographs, drawings, personal letters and diary entries. Also on the pages of the collection you can read about the artist's biography and the main motives of her work.


Arts & Culture - the initiative of Google, launched a few years ago. The authors of the project agree with the largest museums in the world and digitize some of their collections in high resolution.
