An exhibition of paintings by the famous ballet dancer, choreographer Vladimir Vasiliev "The Dancing Brush" was opened in Perm

The personal exhibition of paintings by the famous ballet dancer and choreographer Vladimir Vasilyev was opened at the Perm Art Gallery. The exhibition was called "Dancing Brush".

"Everything that I see before me, everything that I like along the line, in color, I draw. In general, in this sense, I'm not a person who works only in one direction. I set myself the goal to achieve everything. Everything that pleases my eye, it's all there, "says People's Artist of the USSR Vladimir Vasilyev.

For Vladimir Vasilyev, painting has long become a second vocation, but it did not turn out to be serious until after the career of the dancer. He writes in different techniques - oil, pastel. Preference is given to watercolor landscapes. He himself creates sketches for his productions. For an exhibition in Perm Vasiliev selected 50 paintings - the best of what they have been written lately.
