On March 7, a grandiose exhibition of Vasily Vereshchagin was opened in the Tretyakov Gallery: about 500 exhibits, 400 of which are paintings and graphics from 24 Russian and foreign collections, much is shown to the public for the first time.

At the exhibition in the New Tretyakov Gallery, the queue is not as big as Serov and Aivazovsky, but we are ready for freelance situations in the museum.

For the convenience of visitors, three entrances are organized. One - for those who stand in line at the cashier at the exhibition Vereshchagin. The second - for the owners of electronic tickets. The third - for those wishing to get to the permanent exhibition. All visits are divided into sessions of 30 minutes. For each of them 250 tickets are sold. Even before the opening of the exhibition, electronic tickets were sold out a few days in advance. Those who did not have time to acquire them in advance, preferred to take a live turn.

"I love art and creativity from my childhood. And I know enough about Vereshchagin to attend such a huge exhibition, where paintings are collected, which are difficult to see in one place, "says the visitor of the museum.

"I learned that the exhibition was opened, went to the site, all the purchase of tickets took me about eight minutes. I came, there is no queue, "the guest admits.

"And online what, well, I ordered, and then you talk to the people, it's very good," adds one more lover of art.
