On December 8, at the Lumiere Brothers Moscow Center for Photography, an exhibition of photographer Jock Sturges "Without embarrassment" will reopen.

The Investigative Committee completed its examination and found no signs of child pornography.

The investigation into the charges of demonstrating child pornography lasted almost a year and was completed very recently. No 13 claims from citizens who never visited the exhibition, nor the position of deputy Misulina and children's ombudsman Kuznetsova, who did not see the photos, could not convince the Investigative Committee of the illegality of the exhibition.

The center noted that the experts recognized "the complete absence of signs of crime and the high artistic level of the works exhibited at the exhibition."

The exhibition "Without embarrassment" was criticized by the commissioner for children's rights under the President Anna Kuznetsova and Federation Council member Yelena Mizulina. Kuznetsova said the need for prosecutorial verification, and Mizulina called the exhibition "a demonstration of child porn."

The exposition was closed in September 2016 after the action of the organization "Officers of Russia", which blocked the entrance. On September 25, after it became known about the closure of the exhibition, activist Alexander Petrunko poured photos with urine, later he was arrested for seven days.
