Argentine Street art artist Francisco Bosoletti arrived in Minsk within the framework of the famous street art project Urban Myths. Having become acquainted with Belarus and culture, the artist decided to draw a "living heart" in Minsk, which symbolizes Belarus as the heart of Europe.
According to blogger Roman Protasevich, Francisco painted a wall on Rabkorovskaya Street, 21 when a car drove up to the house, from which a man in civilian clothes came out. He approached the artist, asked for a passport, and then put the guy in the car, which left in an unknown direction.
Later it turned out that the artist was taken to the Oktyabrskiy ROVD. As Radio Svabodze told the press service of the Minsk militia, Alexander Lastovsky, now the police find out if the artist has the necessary documents.
Urban Myths project coordinator Oleg Larichev told TUT.BY that on September 18, while official coordination of the wall intended for a new mural was underway, the artist began to prepare it for work.
"The problem is that we started three hours earlier," says project coordinator Urban Myths Oleg Larichev. - We had to come to an agreement later. Usually we do. We start to prepare the wall in advance, mark up, and in parallel we continue the coordination. We had the confidence that they would agree. But someone in the city, in the Minsk administration, picked up the HYIP, and so it happened.
In an hour Francesco Bosoletti was released from the police.
