On August 26, Krasnodar feminists laid a portrait of Emperor Nicholas II near the monument of Catherine II, sprinkled with menstrual blood.

Documentation of the activist's action was mounted in a short video. According to the girls, the action was the answer to the scandal that arose around the film "Matilda". In particular, the State Duma deputy Natalia Poklonskaya repeatedly wrote appeals to the prosecutor's office, demanding to check the film for insulting the feelings of believers. The ROC also allowed the worshipers a mass prayer service dedicated to the banning of the film by Alexei Uchitel, and the Crimean cinemas shot the picture from the show.
