The mustache of the Spanish surrealist artist Salvador Dali (1904-1989), almost 30 years after his funeral, remained in shape. This was confirmed by all who were present during the exhumation of his body, held on Thursday evening.

According to the newspaper La Vanguardia, the body of Salvador Dali looks exactly the same as 28 years ago, when he was buried. "His mustache remains unchanged, showing 10 and 10 (hours and minutes, as on the dial of the clock - TASS comment), as he wanted." This is a miracle, "said balm Narsis Bardalet, who worked with the artist's body almost 30 years ago and attended Yesterday on the exhumation.

Later, he clarified that this was "a miracle in the Middle Ages, today it is the merit of medicine." Bardalet was sure that the appearance of the maestro would not change for a long time, and it was confirmed. "Preserved a mustache, and this for ages," - he concluded.

The remains of the Spanish artist were exhumed on Thursday evening in the city of Figueras (autonomous community of Catalonia) at the request of Pilar Abel from Girona (Catalonia) claiming that he was her father. During the exhumation, samples of hair, nails, teeth were taken, and two long bones were extracted.

Pilar Abel, who was born on February 1, 1956, claims that her mother had a secret relationship with the artist. Since 2007, Pilar Abel is trying to achieve recognition of kinship with the painter. According to the woman, that Dali is her father, she learned from her grandmother. If the genetic examination (DNA test) confirms the words of Pilar Abel, she will be able to claim to bear his name, as well as copyrights.
