"12 chairs from the palace, and the Lost Treasure of Russian aristocracy" - is the name of a new creative project of the Omsk Museum of Fine Arts. 

 

The authors of the exhibition inspired by the novel by Ilf and Petrov, and not by accident. The exhibition tells the story of the formation of the first Soviet provincial art museums. The basis of their funds have become famous pre-revolutionary authorities confiscated private collections.
