The sculpture, on which a Soviet soldier looks like a horse, has angered Petersburgers

Petersburg activists criticized the sculpture at the new exhibition hall at the Museum "The breakthrough the Siege of Leningrad".


They are especially unhappy as depicted a Soviet soldier. According to the Committee, "In defense of the historic dignity" of Maxim Tsukanov, these works were carried out by people in the three months that previously was not engaged.


Now activists are planning to appeal to the governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko, with a request to change the face sculptures.


Sculptures developed in a creative workshop "The Ark". The representative of the studio Alexander Yakobson said: "The sculptures - works of art and do not need to like everything."
