Founder and curator of the Lumiere Brothers Center of Photography Natalia Litvinskaya considers it possible to re-open the exhibition "Jock Sturges. Without embarrassment," but after the hype around it settles.

 

"I would like to resume the work exposure, but need to reassure public opinion when nothing will threaten the exhibits, I did certainly open now, unfortunately, it can not speak..", - Said Litvinskaya on Wednesday "Interfax", answering the relevant question.

 

"If there is a threat in relation to the Centre, the staff and the exhibits, I will not do it for the same reason I have an exhibition and closed.", - She said.

Sturges known for his series of photographs of families nudists France, Northern California and Ireland. Indignation at the opening of his exhibition in Moscow expressed the member of the Federation Council and Elena Mizulina Commissioner for Children's Rights in Anna Kuznetsova of Russia. They found the exhibition a public demonstration of child pornography.

 

Exhibition "Jock Sturges. Without confusion" was shut down by the organizers on September 26 after a few dozen members of the operational organization of the youth squad "Officers of Russia" lined up along the building that many journalists perceived as blocking exhibition.
