Immediately after graduating from art school, Viktor Makeyev - he was then 17 went to the front. In 1943, as a lieutenant on the Kalinin front, he commanded a mortar platoon. Was injured. Shards of minutes in the body is still reminiscent of the days. The exhibition presents cityscapes brought from trips and the famous triptych "The Apocalypse".

 

Yury Knyazev in 1943 voluntarily went to school apprentices to the Northern Fleet. He served as a radio operator on different ships. After the war he graduated from the Surikov Institute. Knyazev devoted his life to the search for new in painting technique and composition. Rostova portrait - the basis for a kind of creativity. The artist uses his invention of "cross-hieroglyphic-sign" method. The exhibition - the work of a series devoted to historical figures, among which highlights the Yuri Gagarin and Konstantin Tsiolkovsky.

 

The war imprinted in childhood memories Gennady Efimochkina. The eleven-year boy was hijacked in Germany. Miraculously he managed to return home. Wartime remains below the last of whom did not want to remember. His works focus on the Barents Sea, Moscow, the largest construction projects of the country. So on the Bratsk hydropower plant he visited four times.
