The artist Vyacheslav Kubarev was born in 1941 in Livny, Oryol region. In 1959 he entered the Oryol State Pedagogical Institute in the graphic arts department. At the end of four courses he was transferred to the third course of the Moscow State Art Institute VI Surikov at the Faculty of painting (studio of Tsyplakova). He graduated from the Institute in 1967. From 1968 -1971 was trained in graphic art studio USSR Academy of Arts under the guidance of Professor EA Kibrik.
Paintings artists exhibit at the largest exhibitions in Moscow and Russian, as well as abroad. Also published in magazines, catalogs, newspapers, a selection of cards in special editions of the visual arts. Many graphic artist Series awarded diplomas, prizes, diplomas and medals.
1976 - awarded the prize of the Lenin Komsomol.
1999 - Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
2007 - Silver Medal of the Russian Academy of Arts.
2013 - Medal of the Order "For Services to the Fatherland" II degree.
V. Kubarev works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense, at the Museum of Border Troops of the FSB, the Ministry of Education, as well as in other museums in Russia. In private collections in Germany, USA, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Switzerland and other countries.
