The search for the Ideal, for Beauty, is my stimulus in work. In creative endeavor it is the creator himself and his moral criteria which are especially important for me. Continuous dissatisfaction with myself does not allow to work in the manner once found, to use methods once chosen and to stick to one and the same subject. The material and the format are changed, but the reserved coloring and small perspective remain the same. Admiration and reverence with regard to nature result in the pure, sensitive portrayal of the form and a spontaneous appearance of a silver tinge. Reformist ideas are alien to me. I prefer to trust my feelings and intuition in my work.

Born 12 October 1949 in Astrakhan regions.
Since 1977-1983 studied in Art Faculty of Moscow Textile Institute.
Since 1986 - member of the Union of Artists of USSR (now the Moscow Union of artists of the Russian Federation). Collections where works are held: Works are in the Museum of Moscow History,
