The Creative Biography
Was born on May 19, 1967 in Sverdlovsk of Lugansk region USSR.
In 1985 Victor Dovbanko acts and in 1991 ends the Voronezh art school.
From 1991 till the 1992 he teaches at the Voronezh children's art school.
Since 1992 Dovbenko is engaged in creative work. The basic exhibitions: 1998 - The first personal exhibition a hall of Union of the artists of Voronezh.
2001 - GALLEREA GALINA. Richmond, London, Great Britain. 2002 - The Second Personal exhibition the House of the Architect of Voronezh.
2003 - February Gallery "Russia...
