Viktor Vasilev was born in Moscow in 1963. Graduated from International Art-industry college by name of Stroganov, the faculty of painting restoration. A member of International Art Foundation.
A member of the association of Russian artists in Paris.
Working in the sphere of monumental and easel painting this creative and versatile artist uses difficult symbiosis of methods. Basing on the realistic traditions in art, he combines the techniques of classical painting with the usage of contemporary materials and technologists, achieving unbelievable effects in painting.
His works of arts are full of sunshine, and carry light and positive energy.
He is a constant participant of Russian and foreign exhibitions since 1998.
His works are kept in private and corporative collections in Russia and in many other countries in the world.
