Charitable exhibition-sale to help sick Russian children was held in London

The evening of the opening of the charity exhibition in the London office Rossotrudnichestvo brought 17 thousand pounds sterling to help Russian children with oncohematological diseases - wards of the Gift of Life and "Give life", told RIA Novosti co-founder of the Gift of Life fund, actress Dina Korzun.


Artists from Russia, Great Britain, Ireland, Belorussia, Germany, Moldova, France, Ukraine, Spain, America, Estonia, Armenia, Canada, Hungary and Peru presented their works for the exhibition-sale entitled "Art for Small Brave Hearts". At the opening, held on Friday evening, came about 200 people. About 70% of paintings from the exhibition were sold.


The Gift of Life Foundation was founded in 2011 to enable the Give Life Foundation to appeal to philanthropists outside Russia, both foreigners and immigrants from Russia living in the UK and other countries. "Give life" since 2006 has helped more than 35 thousand children from all over Russia, in particular, the purchase of vital medicines that are not available in Russia, and also by searching for suitable bone marrow donors.
