50 masterpieces will be presented at the first exhibition in the Primorsky branch of the Tretyakov Gallery

The first exhibition of paintings from the collection of the State Tretyakov Gallery will open in Primorye in late November. According to the head of the region Vladimir Miklushevsky, the exposition will feature about 50 masterpieces.


The exposition is planned to be changed every few months. The exhibition will be held in the Seaside State Picture Gallery, which will become a branch of the Tretyakov Gallery.


The agreement on the creation of a seaside branch of the Tretyakov Gallery was signed by the Governor of Primorye, Vladimir Miklushevsky, and the director of the State Tretyakov Gallery, Zelphir Tregulov, on August 31.
